3. Preparation of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), its drafting, and agreement on the start date
- Price negotiations and preparation of the agreement package (non-disclosure agreement, cooperation agreement, and a detailed proposal including prices)

4. Launching the collaboration

- A project plan is created to clarify the collaboration, and work packages are assembled accordingly.
- Building the sales team and potential recruitment are initiated.

7. Reporting and Development
- One hour is reserved weekly for monitoring the collaboration, with one-third of the time spent reviewing reports and two-thirds listing development measures.
- Recording sales activities in the Hubspot CRM system established by the client or Myyntiakatemia, and recording working hours and sales in Myyntiakatemia's enterprise resource planning system.

What do we charge for our Sales Manager as a Service?
Our service fee consists of a fixed price for workshops and reporting, an hourly rate for sales work, and potential commissions on completed deals.

- Sales work: starting from 49 euros/hour and a 3-10% sales commission.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
The service includes
- A sales system package (telephone system and call costs, Slack, Google Workspace services, enterprise resource planning system, and online learning environment) and the line management and training provided by Myyntiakatemia.
